Duck liver parfait with toasted crostini, and an apricot and orange chutney

Pan seared chicken supreme with dauphinoise potato, and a cabbage and pancetta cream sauce (gf)

Marinated Pork chop chargrilled and served with Dijon mashed potato, braised red cabbage and an apple jus (gf)

King prawn, chorizo and garlic linguini in rich tomato sauce

Breaded Whitby scampi served with hand cut chips, dressed salad and tartare sauce

Sundried tomato, soft goat’s cheese and basil pesto gnocchi (v)
